Mardi Gras in Park City

Have a case of the Tuesdays? Have no fear, Fat Tuesday is here. Mardi Gras is upon us, and if you are like us you want a little taste of the Big Easy here in Park City. Below we have found some tasty options and activities to help transport you straight to New Orleans.

JAMBALAYA
Originally, Creole jambalaya comes from the French Quarter of New Orleans. Spanish immigrants wanted to make their cultural paella in the New World. Since saffron was not available, they substituted tomatoes, and jambalaya was born.
