It has been such a helpful process for me to learn how to present my company. I am so excited to be able to make the big jump in my business with this grant. By supporting me, you are also supporting the local farmers.

I would like to thank all the organizations that are doing so much for the small businesses. As a new business we have a lot of concerns and they are there to help. It’s exciting. It will help me increase my business and be able to distribute to other larger businesses like Whole Foods, as well as help with FDA requirements which will allow me to sell internationally.

Park City Creamery was a 2020 Utah Cheese Award recipient and recently released a new line of homemade chèvre cheese topped with preserves. Choose from fresh chèvre topped with a rose pedal confit, perfect for spreading on crackers or a fresh baguette, hibiscus flower confit, great for dessert with a glass of champagne, and a hot blood orange jalapeño from Pepperlane Preserves in Midway, presents a mouth full of flavors, from the sweetness of the blood orange to the spiciness of the jalapeño. Zinn also adds a touch of cayenne pepper on the side. And on a scale of one to five, the spice level is about a two and a half.

And if you’re looking for gift ideas for mom this Mother’s Day, Park City Creamery has designed speciality cheese boxes. For $35 the Cow Milk Box comes filled with the creamery’s Treasure Brie, Hidden Treasure, a truffle brie, and confit sliced oranges. The Goat Milk box comes complete with the Silver Queen, an aged goat cheese with vegetable ash, white goat nuggets, and dried berries for $35. Or build your own box, which includes fresh chèvre and two of your favorite toppings, and white goat nuggets for $40. Gift cards are also available for purchase.
You can add a bottle of champagne and a nice French baguette for a snack or picnic with some fruit. It’s a healthy gift for mom instead of sugary and sweet. Keep your mom healthy.

We had a few months that were pretty scary when restaurants closed due to COVID. They [restaurants] are seventy-five percent of our business. I love my customers! Thanks everybody for supporting small local businesses!
