With the release of our summer Dishing magazine just around the corner (hopefully you will find a copy around town by the end of next week), you will find a round up of five of our favorite bloody marys. Deer Valley’s Royal Street Cafe‘s version is so interesting, it ended up on new cover (see link below)!
This unusual version is mixed with a cucumber/tomatillo juice and is a bright, fresh summery drink called the Holy Roller. The resort has also shared the recipe you could try at home. Royal Street Cafe opens for the summer season on June 18th, and will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
