RollinGreens Millet Tots Roll into Park City

Jump to recipe

In May 2015, RollinGreens of Boulder, Colo., debuted its first packaged product, millet tots. The tots have been so popular that they have recently rolled all the way to Whole Foods in Park City and, seriously,  you need to try these tots.

Ryan and Lindsey Cunningham founded RollinGreens in 2011. RollinGreens started as a food truck and catering service, but recently the company launched their line of packaged products featuring health conscious, organic, nutritious and innovative products. RollinGreens now exists to elevate the frozen food category by delivering the most conscious and innovative culinary experience, and one that starts with nutritious ingredients.

Millet tots are the company’s version of tater tots, made with an ancient whole grain. The unique, small, crispy bites are organic, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO and soy-free. You can find them in the frozen the food section at Whole Foods throughout Utah, including the Park City location.

“We want to change the way people feel about frozen food. To us, its preserving fresh, healthy food so people can enjoy it at any time in the comfort of their home,” says Lindsey Cunningham, co-owner of RollinGreens. “We strive to bring innovative products from our chef to your table. We are very excited to be expanding in the Rocky Mountain Region of Whole Foods.”

Be sure to look for other unique products from the innovative company set to launch in late 2016. And what to do with millet tots?! Well, that’s easy. Simply pop them in the oven for 15-17 minutes or until crispy and thoroughly heated, and then the possibilities are endless. RollinGreens provided us with their recipe for a delicious mustard dipping sauce that perfectly tops their tots.
