Editor’s Request: The Cabin is known for serving some of the best cocktails in town. We asked for the recipe behind its coconut margarita.
Ingredients
- Coconut cream and toasted coconut, for garnish
- 1 1/4 ounces Snow tequila
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 3/4 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
Instructions
- Rim a glass by dipping it in coconut cream, then rolling it in toasted coconut.
- Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
- Add the tequila, coconut cream, triple sec and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
