I am embracing all things delicious and summery as the days are still hot, and, let’s face it, I’m over caring about swimsuit season. And it’s time to prepare for winter! And by prepare for winter, I mean exploring the life-changing world of boozy milkshakes because soon it will be hot chocolate season. If you haven’t tried a boozy milkshake, I would put these on your list of Labor Day weekend plans because I think I’m drunk in love.
If you don’t want to make your own, you can always head up to Burgers & Bourbon at the Montage Deer Valley. They have a variety of shakes that encourage a healthy spike. But we decided to make our own, and the milkshakes consisted of white chocolate liquor and crunched up Snickers bar. Chocolate and caramel sauce was added because you always need more chocolate and caramel. The milkshakes were topped off with a floater of liquor and whipped cream.
The best part about these adult shakes is you can pick any candy you want (because we’re adults, after all), just make sure that it is crushed up really good so it doesn’t get stuck in your straw. Speaking of straws, WISH Park City has an adorable selection of party straws that make these milkshakes even more fun (again, because we’re adults here). Sip, sip hooray!
