A side of El Chubasco’s homemade cilantro crema will make any smorgasbord of chips, guacamole, and fresh salsa even better. Here is our editor’s request for El Chubasco’s salsa options, which the restaurant was willing to share!
Ask for it: We are always impressed with the expansive salsa selection at El Chubasco. New owner Alan Galeano, who has gone back to making everything in-house, was willing to share one of their most popular salsa recipes.
